Fresh, delicious, synthetic chemical-free, Florida-Grown VELVET APPLE picked and shipped directly from our Florida Farm in the Redland Agricultural District of Miami-Dade County to your doorstep. The taste is mildly sweet with complex fruit notes with a texture similar to a creamy pear. The smell of the skin can off putting. It is recommended to peel the skin and refrigerate the fruit for a few hours before consuming to dissipate the smell. Only about twenty percent of the fruit harvested have seeds.

Our farm is transitioning to Organic Farming practices, which requires at least three years for USDA certification. This fruit has not been sprayed with pesticides, herbacides, or fungicides. We have not fertilized with synthetic fertilizer.

If the shipping address is within 150 miles from our farm, overnight shipping will be provided at no additional cost when 2 Day option is selected. We harvest and ship Monday - Friday.
